After all, jenever is undoubtedly part of the basis of contemporary brewing education. This pop-up exhibition ‘Jeneverstoker, een vak apart’ illustrates the origin and evolution of (academic) education on alcohol production. From the first Ecole Professionelle de Brasserie de la Société des Brasseurs belges in Ghent (1887) to the various training opportunities today. This is a collaboration between the Jenevermuseum, the CAG and KULeuven on the occasion of Heritage Day 2022
